Storage Kings is a DBA of J Rae Realty Company LLC. These terms cover your use of this website and our text messaging program. Renting a unit is covered separately by the rental agreement you sign at the time.
Using this site
Unit sizes and prices shown here are base rates and are a starting point, not a quote. Bank transfer (ACH) is about 1.75% higher and card about 4% higher. From November 1, 2026 we accept card and bank transfer only. Availability changes through the day, so the price and availability shown on a location’s rental page at the moment you rent are the ones that apply. We try to keep this site accurate but do not warrant that every detail is current.
Text messaging program
Program name: Storage Kings Account Notifications. When you explicitly opt in, we may send you text messages about your storage account. These include payment reminders and confirmations, notices about gate or unit access, and replies to questions you send us. This is a customer care and account notification program, not a marketing program.
You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the optional SMS consent box on ourcontact form. The box is unchecked by default. Providing a phone number, joining the Bellwood waiting list, renting a unit or accepting general terms does not enroll you in recurring account texts. Consent is never a condition of submitting an inquiry, renting a unit or making a purchase. If you text us a question, we may reply to that conversation; that does not enroll you in ongoing account notifications.
Message frequency varies and depends on your account and requests.

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP at any time. You will get one confirmation and then no further texts. Opting out does not affect your rental or your access to your unit.

Storage Kings Offers & Availability
This optional marketing program covers prospects and customers who separately choose storage offers, unit availability, facility opening updates and sales follow-up about their storage needs. Recurring messages may be sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
To opt in, enter your mobile number and check the separate, optional marketing-text checkbox on our contact formor Bellwood waiting-list form. Both boxes start unchecked. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchase, rental, making an inquiry or joining the waiting list. Account-text consent does not grant marketing consent, and marketing consent does not enroll you in recurring account notifications.
Reply STOP to stop texts from our number, including marketing and account texts. Reply HELP for help, or use the phone and email contacts below. You may also contact us to withdraw marketing consent while retaining separately authorized account notifications.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.Delivery depends on your carrier and your device, and we cannot guarantee that every message arrives.
How we handle the information you give us, including your mobile number, is set out in ourprivacy policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Renting a unit
Your rental is month to month and is governed by the rental agreement you sign, together with Pennsylvania law covering self storage facilities. That agreement covers what you may and may not store, insurance, what happens if payment falls behind, and the notice we must give you. Where anything on this site differs from that agreement, the agreement applies.
You are responsible for keeping your gate code to yourself, for locking your unit, and for insuring what you store. Do not store anything living, perishable, flammable, explosive, illegal, or anything that would be dangerous or a nuisance to other customers.

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with the date shown at the top.
